I prefer to eat this peanut butter banana wrap when it’s snacky-time and I’m craving something sweet. However, it’s also a great pre-workout snack to boost your workout energy and motivation. Prep your wrap in the morning and bring it to work or school, because proper preparation prevents poor performance! Easy does it 🙂
- 1 whole-wheat wrap
- 1 banana
- Peanut butter
- Agave syrup
- Cinnamon powder
- Energy: 554 kcal
- Protein: 14,5 g
- Carbs: 87,1 g
- Fat: 20,6 g
- Fiber: 12,4 g
- Grease the wrap with peanut butter to taste
- Add the agave syrup and cinnamon powder to taste (like a pancake)
- Finally lay the banana (in one piece) on the wrap and roll it!
- Cut your wrap into pieces and you’re ready to go bananas 😉
