Tell me girls, who doesn’t love a fresh, cool, creamy and SKINNY strawberry milkshake?! Since I was a kid I’m a big fan of a strawberry milkshake and therefore I had to make a healthy recipe for the Foodie-ness blog! You’ll only need 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of your time to treat yourself with this sweet and skinny strawberry milkshake! Let’s go!
Maybe it’s the Spring season, but somehow I felt like strawberry milkshake! Summer is coming and now that the sun is shining more, it’s like the perfect vibe to treat yourself with a pink milkshake. This recipe for a skinny strawberry milkshake is easy to make and can easily be turned into a banana milkshake or a chocolate milkshake.
I prefer to consume a cool and creamy strawberry milkshake during breakfast or as a snack around 16 o’clock. By adding a scoop of Whey isolate you can also consume this beauty before you hit the gym. And hey! Why not consume it as dessert? It’s really simple, healthy (fat free, sugar free and low-carb) and diet-proof, so don’t let anybody stop you!
– 200 ml milk
– 100 gr fat free quark/yogurt
– 60 gr strawberries
– Ice cubs
– Optional honey
- Energy: 146,1 kcal
- Protein: 18,8 g
- Carbs: 11,8 g
- Fat: 3,6 g
- Fiber: 3,3 g
Chop the strawberries and add them into a blender or mixer together with the milk, quark/yogurt, ice cubs and honey. Mix well until smooth. Serve it with a strawberry on the side for a yummy-bite. I prefer to complete the strawberry milkshake party with some superfoods on top! Be creative here, girls and enjoy it 🙂
