BEST 3-INGREDIENT CHOCO PEANUT BUTTER BONBONS (126 KCAL)

Unfortunately this behavior of sweet cravings comes with high calories, lots of sugar and unhealthy habits. To satisfy a sweet tooth with a no-guilty and diet-friendly solution, you can easily combine 3 ingredients into a bite of heaven. Seriously, get some peanut butter, medjoul dates and 80% chocolate and give this a try..

These chocolates are lower in calories, high in fibre, protein and fats. The dates are filled whit peanut butter and very easy to make. Don’t forget to keep a stach in the freezer, for your own safety :-).

INGREDIENTS

– 3 tbsp peanut butter
– 8 medjoul dates
– 1 chocolate (min. 80%)
– pinch of seasalt

MACRONUTRIENTS

  • Energy: 126 kcal
  • Protein: 3 g
  • Carbs: 11 g
  • Fat: 8 g
  • Fiber: 2 g

METHOD

  1. Open the dates carefully and remove the stone.
  2. Fill the dates with peanut butter en carefully close the dates.
  3. Heat the chocolate au bain-marie in a bowl and dip the filled dates one by one in the chocolate.
  4. Sprinkle some sea salt over te dates and you’re done!
