That peanut butter banana wrap party

For me peanut butter and banana are the Romeo and Juliet of perfect food combinations! They taste both good on itself, but together they are a match made in heaven. And on top of that: these foods are an absolute go for your fitgirl food diet. Want to know how I’m wrapping these two ingredients into one delish snack?

If you are a PB fanatic like me, this peanut butter banana wrap is going to be your ultimate treat. I probably don’t have to tell you all about the delicious taste, but are you aware of all the health benefits you get from having a little bit of PB once in a while? It’s packed with nutrition, has got the good type of fat and is completely allowed in your weight-loss diet. And don’t forget all the good things that the banana has to offer!

I prefer to eat this peanut butter banana wrap when it’s snacky-time and I’m craving something sweet. However, it’s also a great pre-workout snack to boost your workout energy and motivation. Prep your wrap in the morning and bring it to work or school, because proper preparation prevents poor performance! Easy does it 🙂
