My TOP 4 favorite skinny salads

Attention to all the foodies that get crazy over skinny salad recipes! Do you feel like being stuck at the same weight, despite the fact that you feel like you’re doing everything “right”? This happens to a lot of girls and is commonly referred to as a plateau. It’s time to reset your body and boost your diet with an effective 4-day skinny salad challenge by Foodie-ness!

I used healthy, organic, fresh and diet-friendly ingredients to create my top 4 skinny salads. And trust me girls: you’re all going to love this! It’s filling, healthy and happy food 🙂

RECIPE 1: Foodie-ness Fit Fishy salad
– 200 gr arugula salad mix
– 70 gr. salmon skewers
– 125 gr. grilled paprika
– 100 gr. feta
– 40 gr. chickpeas
– Spring onions
– Arugula cress
– 3 tbspn olive oil

RECIPE 2: Foodie-ness Skinny Summer salad
– 200 gr chard salad
– 100 gr. asparagus
– 125 gr. grilled eggplant
– 100 gr. goat cheese
– 50 gr. red grapes
– 30 gr. walnuts
– 60 gr. raisins
– 2 tbspn honey
– Mustard cress

The first day of the challenge I started with the “Foodie-ness Fit Fishy salad” and looking back at the 4-day salad challenge, this one was truly my favorite. Why? As you girls might know already, I’m an extreme fan of salmon! Oh-so-yummy! The combination with the superfood chickpeas, the fresh taste of feta and the surprisingly good taste of grilled paprika made me the happiest girl! Good food, good mood right? 😉
