My cheat meal strategy for a fit body

Let’s go crazy! In the weekend I always have 1 thing for sure on my to-do list: CHEAT! The purpose of a cheat meal is to help you stick to your diet. So you can imagine that’s a precious moment in the week and I spent it deliberately, because hey! every girl loves something sweet!

Cheat meals don’t taste as good when every meal is a cheat meal.

The most common reason people fail to stick to their diet and reach their goal, is because they keep the desire to eat something that they shouldn’t be eating but stil want to eat. With a cheat meal you eat something that wouldn’t be part of your diet. It’s a small -plannend- break in your regularly scheduled diet that serves to keep you happy and satisfied. It’s easy for me to stick to my diet the whole week, because I plan a cheat meal in the weekend and can look forward to it! This way I don’t have to feel guilty when I cheat and it makes me even more motivated to hit the gym after I cheated. That’s why they call it Monday Motivation ha ha!

Cheating is still about control, moderation and not too much craziness! ..but also fun and cosiness! I prefer to treat myself with cheesecake, pizza or french fries surrounded by friends. What’s your most wanted cheat meal?

Remember that one cheat meal can’t make you fat when you eat 85% clean.

    I am a huge Turbo Kick fan and love Chalene’s energy and spnkuy sassy style, so I really wanted to like this book. There are some good tips for basic goal setting and dreaming big gotta appreciate her enthusiasm and zest for life but a few things just really didn’t sit right with me. For one, her comment to really try to stay married if you really love your kids irked me she further adds that kids of divorce are more likely to be obese (this is obviously complicated issue and there is conflicting data on the subject). It is wonderful that Chalene has a strong marriage, but this jab at those that are in a different situation felt lame and preachy.Additionally, her recipes were so disappointing. How can anyone call a recipe made with Shakeology, Pudding Mix, and Crystal Light healthy yuck. The other cleaner recipes were ridiculous I don’t need to know how to toast a piece of bread or how to bake a sweet potato and sprinkle nutmeg on it (that one she calls Sweet Potato Pie ). The exercises were all pretty basic too. This might be a good book for someone just beginning to work out and/or find themselves, but it was definitely not for me. I’m still a fan of her work and her energy, she is no doubt a rockin’ chick, just not at all a fan of this book.

    ca sent la fin … ou pas !j’aimais bien 13 et j’espère beaucoup de la nouvelle … pas celle de la prison, l’autre … je n’ai pas mémorisé son nom, c’est pas bon signe !Ils ont joué la facilité en opposant foreman hiérarchiquement à house et c’est bien dommage que la série ne tienne, n’ait tenu que par « the thing » entre house et cuddy.de toute façon avec toutes les nouvelles series qui arrivent … heureusement que certaines s’arrêtent sinon … j’aurai plus le temps d’aller bosser !
