Night walk: a simple 3 in 1 step to weight loss

I love it: a fit late night walk! You won’t believe the many healthy benefits of a night walk girls! It’s easy, simple, everyone can do it and..with some good company, you can make it fun too. Do you want to burn some extra calories? If yes, read now why you want to apply it into your healthy routine. 

All you need in order to succeed on a good late night walk is: a pair of good shoes! Before I share with you the magic of the healthy benefits behind a simple late night walk, I first want to highlight what motivates to do it.

A great 3-part step to weight loss:
Taking a walk between dinner and sleepy time helps you to 1. start the digestion of the big meal you just ate 2. burn the calories a normal walk includes and 3. keep your digestion process going while you’re asleep! Now that’s magic, right? It’s really true: while you’re asleep and doing exactly nothing, your body is still burning calories for you. WOW!

You should wait at least 30 minutes after you finished dinner and make sure your trip takes at least 30 minutes. I prefer to walk 45 minutes, because your body starts burning after 20 minutes. It really helps me to lose weight. it is just easy way before I get used to sitting after finish my work but after following your walk at home starting with 1 mile and then 2 miles and finally the 4 miles, I start to be motivated to work out every day. I start to lose weight which is good. Walking a weight loss very helpful always to lose weight.
