My top 3 low-carb sandwiches for lunch

Unfortunately a lot of girls are afraid to eat bread, because it rings the “carb-alarm”. Personally, I don’t believe you need to avoid bread when you’re trying to lose weight or get fit. Therefore I thought it would be a good idea to tell you more about which bread to avoid and which bread NOT to avoid. Also, I share my top 3 favorite low-carb sandwiches; full of fiber, vitamins and minerals.

We all know that dark bread has more nutritional value than white bread. However, it’s very important to choose bread that’s whole-grain or 100% whole wheat. My favorite type of bread (see details below blog post) counts less calories and carbs per slice, but extra fiber is added. My advice would be for all of you to find a type of bread with a high fiber level. With the proper layer of food on top of your sandwich you can easily enjoy bread in your diet. No need to worry girls – trust me!

    Welke brood gebruik jij dan…? Mijn Engels is niet zo best haha.. Ik eet zuurdesem brood met geprakte advocado en gerookte zalm als lunch.. En ik start mijn dag sinds 2 week ook met Citroen met water.. En eet dan havermout met fruit en kokosvezels en glas water en soms yoghurt Griekse 0% vet.. Met eigen gemaakte Granola..

    Ik wil heel graag afvallen en zag jouw instagram en foto’s en zoals jij was zo ben ik nu.. En ben eigenlijk radeloos want hoe weet ik of ik goed eet… En ik ben al wel 1kg kwijt maar goed dat zegt niks. Ik neem geen geraffineerde suikers meer eigenlijk maak ik alle lekkers en snacks van blogs.. Zonder suikers en meer gezoet door middel van dadels etc. Kan je mij misschien advies geven?
