Bonjour mes amours! Comment ça va? This is the Paris tourist-blogger writing you a post, because I’m super excited to share my Paris diary pictures with all of you and I got a lot of sweet personal messages from you during this trip!
Sometimes you have to be spontaneous, because adventure is fun! Well, in the category SUPER spontaneous: I booked a flight to Paris just 48 hours before departure. Looking back, it was the first trip of this year and the best trip to kick off 2015 and enjoy the last weekend of my holiday. The day after I returned home from Paris, Charlie Hebdo got attacked and Paris experienced 3 days of complete drama. It felt inappropriate for me to talk about my trip to Paris on the blog and that’s why I’m now sharing it with you. I’m still in an afterglow writing to you about it though!
Oh Paris, you were so beautiful. The people are so kind, your architecture is amazing and your food..oelalaa, super yummy! A city trip can actually be quit good for your legs too. With a city map in my hand, I walked for so many hours every day and to be honest – I had to! As you can see in the gallery below, I let myself go on my favourite guilty pleasure: cheesecake!
The last night I enjoyed the view of Paris by night on a boat while enjoying diner. If you ever get the chance, I can definitely recommend you to do that! Sit down, relax and enjoy how beautiful this city is 🙂
Though I love these city trips, coming back home again is great too! That’s when I feel completely re-energized and ready to get into the Foodie-ness swing of healthy things again! As always, I do it together with you girls! Which brings me to the following question.. By the end of this month I’ll be visiting Ibiza for a blog trip and I was wondering if anyone has any great tips to experience the beauty of this island? Please let me know in the comment section of this blog post. Fingers crossed and thank you in advance!
P.S. I hung a Foodie-ness key on the Pont des Arts and then I saw on the news they removed all the keys from the bridge! Well, at least we still got the pictures ha ha
