VIDEO: How to make the best 3 healthy vegan spreads in an instant

It’s time for a new super easy and fast recipe that you will want to try at home: healthy vegan spreads! These spreads are suitable to enjoy at any time of the day, at any occasion. Have some for lunch on your favorite cracker, add bread with vegan spreads as a side dish to your homemade soup for dinner, or serve as a dip with raw veggies for an afternoon snack – it’s always a good idea 🙂

These healthy vegan spreads are made with margarine, which is made with vegetable oils and therefore fully plant-based. Vegetable oils contain good nutrients (essential fatty acids!) that benefits our health. Essential fatty acids Omega 3 and 6 help to maintain healthy cholesterol levels and therefore benefit heart health. The new 100 % plantbased Becel margarines are made with special flavors, like walnut-oil, avocado-oil or coconut and almond-oil, which already taste really good … But we’re making it even better by adding some other yummy ingredients as well, all 100% plant-based. There are so many plantbasedingredients you can add to the spread to create different flavor variations, which makes it fun to experiment. I’ve made three versions of herbal spreads for you, but feel free to give your own personal touch to it.

So spread the word and start making your own healthy vegan spreads! Read below what you need to do and watch the video for a quick how-to!
