INGREDIENTS 

– 1 banana (for the warmer days: put the banana in slices in the freezer a day ahead)
– 1/2 mango
– 200 ml coconut milk
– 1 passion fruit
– 2 tbsp. chickpeas
– topping of choice

  • Energy: 312,8 kcal
  • Carbs: 66,7 g
  • Protein: 5,5 g
  • Fat: 5,5 g
  • Fiber: 10,2 g

METHOD

  1. Put all the ingredients (except the topping) in a blender and mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture in a nice bowl and add your favorite topping. For example: coconut flakes, puffed quinoa, crumbled walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, etc.
  3. Ready to eat!
