Peanut butter-banana flavored pre-workout smoothie

Good morning to all of you! Let’s kick off today with an awesome peanut butter-banana flavored pre-workout smoothie. It contains all the necessary ingredients to be prepared and fully energized for your workout. Read here what’s in it and watch the video attached to see how you can try this at home.

INGREDIENTS

1. 150 ml milk
2. 200 ml water
3. 2 tbsp oats
4. 1 tbsp cottage cheese
5. 1/2 banana
6. 1 scoop Whey vanilla (replaceable with quark)
7. 1 tsp cinnamon
8. 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

  • Carbs: 34,1 g

  • Fiber: 5,0 g
