How to start foam rolling?
You can use a foam roller on several body parts, but focus on the following muscle groups: back muscles, hamstrings, quads and butt. You will feel it immediately when you find a sore muscle knot (it will feel a bit painful), then keep the foam roller on that body part for 15 seconds to make it go away.
